The conference officially begins tomorrow morning with the Opening Plenary, but today we're getting a head start on learning and connecting. Keep reading for details plus friendly reminders to help make your time in Tulsa truly great.

Sunday Happenings

😀 THE REGISTRATION DESK IS OPEN 'TIL 5:30PM: Before heading to mobile workshops or the Welcome Reception, stop by the registration desk at the Arvest Convention Center's North Ballroom Gallery to check-in.

🚌 MOBILE WORKSHOPS: All mobile workshops will depart from the circle drive outside the North Ballroom Gallery, Houston Avenue entrance. Remember to check-in first and arrive 15 minutes prior to the listed departure time. Want to join a workshop? Visit the registration desk to see if there are any tickets available.

👋 WELCOME RECEPTION: Come hang out with us tonight at Mother Road Market from 6:30pm-9:00pm. Arrive early to snag a $20 gift card to use at food stalls* and enjoy live music by Oklahoma-based Red Dirt Rangers, supported by the Levitt Family Foundation. Make sure to bring your badge and business cards!

Get there: Arrival shuttles depart the Arvest's circle drive from 6:15pm-7:30pm.

Get back: Return shuttles depart Mother Road Market from 8:00pm-9:15pm, and will make drop-off stops at Hyatt, Doubletree, and Aloft hotels.

🔰 BADGES: Your badge is your conference pass. Badges must be worn at all times during conference events.

✅ PREPARING FOR MONDAY: Tomorrow's Opening Plenary at the Tulsa Theater is going to be awesome! Make the most out of our official kickoff to Main Street Now 2026 with these tips:

• Checking-In: If you plan to check-in tomorrow morning, give yourself ample time to take care of business before heading to the Tulsa Theater. The registration desk in the North Ballroom Gallery opens at 7:30am.

• Breakfast: Help yourself to the buffet near the registration desk, open from 7:30am-9:30am. 

• Getting to the Tulsa Theater: Transportation is not provided — check the app for directions and keep an eye out for wayfinders along the route. All attendees will pass through security check. Only conference totes or bags under 8.5” x 11” are allowed. No outside beverages or food, please. Doors open at 9:30am.
